Superbills

For clients who wish to pay for sessions privately, I can provide you with a Superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance for out of network options and ask if they reimburse for LMFT’s. You are 100% responsible for working with your insurance if you choose.

Good Faith Estimate

At the beginning of treatment, I'll provide you with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for our sessions. This document outlines the anticipated costs of my therapy services. It's designed to give you transparency about potential out-of-pocket expenses upfront, so you can make informed decisions about your healthcare and finances.

Cancellation Policy

As part of my commitment to providing consistent care and respecting the therapeutic process, I have a clear policy regarding appointment cancellations and no-shows.

Late Cancellation: If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

No-Show: Missed appointments will result in a full session fee.

  • Payment for sessions is set up online, through your client portal. Almost any kind of credit or debit card is accepted, including:

    • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club

    • FSA and HSA cards are also accepted

  • Each session is 50 minutes. Generally, when first starting therapy, I recommend weekly sessions and scheduling those for the same day/time each week to help with consistency.

  • This is something that will be different for everyone and will depend on what your goals are or what you hope to get out of therapy. I have had clients who see me for six months, meet their goals, and decide they no longer need the support and I have had clients who have seen me for a year plus. Throughout our time together, we will frequently check-in about progress, needs, and have discussions about when you feel ready to end sessions.
